What is CBD and Real True Benefits?

CBD wasn’t widely known like it’s now. When it arrived, many people could not define what it was. Today, CBD is everywhere. Go to a coffee shop, and you’ll hear of CBD. Many people are now considering the use of CBD – even the Coca-Cola company is looking forward to it.

Widely known is the CBD oils, though that’s not the only way it can be used. You can use CBD as a beverage. You can use CBD to reduce some of your dog pains, and you can use CBD oil creams on your skin to make it healthy-looking. Besides, you can secure a CBD merchant account.

In short, the list is just painfully long. There are tons of ways you can use CBD oils – perhaps that why it’s becoming known every day.

It’s true that people are continuously taking about CBD, but the truth is that most people do not know what CBD is. More than 2,000 United States consumers were surveyed using Google between the 22nd day of January and 25th day of January. In his survey, Mashable found out that only thirty-one percent of the consumers knew what CBD stands for. Shockingly, sixty-one percent never had any idea about what CBD was.

With these shocking revelations, it won’t be wrong to conclude that up to eighty-one percent haven’t even tried CBD yet. That means that whether or not someone knows what CBD is, they haven’t tried it. This should be an alarm for the industry to create awareness to the consumers and let them know every detail about CBD.

What’s CBD?

CBD is also known as cannabidiol. It’s a compound that’s found in cannabis. CBD doesn’t get anyone high because of its low levels of Tetrahydrocannabinol – which is less than three percent. Tetrahydrocannabinol is the one responsible for getting people high. Because the levels of THC are very low, CBD can’t get one high. However, most people use CBD to make them comfortable to relax or have a good sleep.

Is CBD safe to use?

Tons of people are jumping into the bandwagon to use CBD products, but the truth is that CBD use should be prescribed. That means that before you take a step to use any CBD product, you should first consult your doctor.

The WHO revealed that there is no evidence of health problems when you use CBD, but you can sometimes feel fatigued or irritated, and that’s normal.
